furnace face..

I'm not entirely sure what this is.  I think it could be something to do with a furnace??
Anyway, I was visiting Harriet at work one day. I was wandering around (as I do), I looked up and saw this rather loud and obnoxious face 'yelling' at me (well, he looks as though he's yelling).
He looked so stupid, so I took a photo.
